Drama follows United everywhere they go, as the club is a reporter’s dream within the tabloids. Parking tickets, going out to parties, and relationship dramas. United players are under the microscope 24 hours seven days a week. Their every move is tracked and everything about them is known. And a Manchester United player is in the tabloids again for allegedly splitting up with his girlfriend recently.

The player in question is Alejandro Garnacho, as the youngster has allegedly split up with his girlfriend after a couple of posts from his ex which included a picture of her and their child with the message “ You and me against the world”. Eva Garcia who is the girl in question also unfollowed Garncaho on socials. The two welcomed a child into the world this past October.

Garnacho has been enjoying an up and down year this year at United as he is getting acclimated to playing a new role and playing more minutes. The winger has taken up more of a starting role this season with the struggles of Marcus Rashford, and the exit of Jadon Sancho and Antony not being picked as much by Ten Hag. Garnacho has had to step up this season and he is taking the new level of responsibility in stride.

Garnacho is also playing a new role the last couple of games as he is playing on the right wing the last couple of games. With Marcus Rashford taking his left-wing spot back, it only left the right wing as an option for the Argentinian. The player has taken the role and excelled so far having had good performances against the likes of Aston Villa and Wigan Athletic. Manchester United are enjoying their biggest success in attacking since the switch. Garnacho scored his first brace at United against Aston Villa in the role.

What’s next for Garnacho

The United winger will have no time to think about his breakup as the season continues for United as they continue their FA Cup charge against Newton next Sunday, before returning to Premier League action against Wolves in two weeks.
