PSG want to get rid of Neymar for the next season, and they have presented a new options for the teams that are interested in signing him to make it easier.

PSG wants to start a new project, a project without expensive players and a project that they believe they can take the parisian team to new levels in competitions like the Champions League, and in order to do that they want to get rid of some players and that includes Neymar, and in order to make it easier for any team that wants him they presented a new option.
