Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag in a press conference before the season was halted shared his expectations from his players that are going to perform at the World Cup and that at least hopefully one of them is going to win the World Cup.

That assessment was backed by the fact that Manchester United has fourteen first-team places called up to the World Cup by their national teams. Ten Hag's prediction is well married with the expectations of United fans around the world for their players.
