England fans were all expecting an easy win against the USA in their game two encounter but their team was met with a resilient USA team that went toe to toe for every ball. While the attacking team failed to score a goal nor get them a win, their defense was solid all through with their compactness.

Luke Shaw was tremendous to both the attacking sequence of England's and the solid defense in foiling all USA play. Shaw provided several top crosses into the box from open play and set pieces but his teammate failed to successfully convert any of them.

HOW GOOD WAS HE ON THE NIGHT?

His performance through the game did not go unnoticed as he capped the great with the Man of The Match award despite England's scoreless draw. The draw still ensures that the Three Lions remain top of Group B with four points but will need at least one point in their final group game to qualify for the knockout round of the competition. Shaw will be hoping to add to his goal contribution with one assist from their opening game against Iran.
